Hillsborough Fire Company # 3 (Station 38) and Hillsborough Rescue Squad (Station 79) were dispatched at approximately 08:15 hours to a report of a car stuck in high water at Millstone River Road just north of Blackwells Mills Road.  Arriving units found four occupants still in the car.  Station 38 utilized its water rescue boat to remove the occupants and transported them to dry ground.  Additional photos can be seen by clicking on the camera icon.
