Hillsborough Fire Company # 3 was dispatched at 8:05 AM to a motor vehicle accident on Millstone River Road between the Borough of Millstone and Blackwells Mills Road.  The one vehicle accident resulted in the vehicle severing the pole from its base and coming to a final stop against a tree.  Engine 38-104 provided assistance at the scene, while Units 38-151 and 38-145 assisted Hillsborough Township police with closing down the road.  The driver of the vehicle was transported to a local hospital by the Hillsborough Rescue Squad.  All units cleared the scene at approximately 8:50 AM.
